The Speaker stated that the House would stand at ease until 5:00 p.m.; and so, the House stood at ease at 3:56 p.m. SB 236 Amendment Nos. 2 through 4 were not offered. Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 236(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 236(RES) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSSB 236(RES) pass the House?" Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 236(RES) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
